To register your vehicle(s) you will need your state-issued registration and your property’s unique passcode. The passcode may be obtained from Bay West Management.
New property owners will receive information on how to obtain a passcode at closing on the purchase of their property.
Residents who are renting their homes must get the passcode from the property owner to register their vehicle(s). If your vehicle registration address does not match your address in The Landings, please email a photo of your state-issued address change card to parking@bodlandings.com.
If you are registering more than two vehicles, please email parking@bodlandings.com to designate which two vehicles are to receive blue decals and which are to receive red decals. See the parking rules below for more details.
