unique pass-code (Obtained from The Ladings HOA / Bay West Management)
Pass-codes were mailed to property owners in April 2, 2024 for the initial launch of the
parking boss online parking platform.

New property owners will receive information on how to obtain a pass-code at closing
on the purchase of the property.

Resident who renting their homes must get the pass-code from the homeowner
to register their vehicles. If your vehicle registration address does not match the
address in The Landings, please email a photo of your state issued address change
card to Parking@BODLandings.com
