All Landings property owners seeking to rent their home or renting space within their home must obtain a rental property license from the City of Annapolis.

The property owner must provide the board with a current rental license. A rental license is required by law.
The property owner must submit all requests for community amenities, parking, etc. to the board on behalf of renters. Only the property owner may communicate with the board or submit applications to the board or Bay West Management on behalf of renters.
