HOA Architectural Request (Jul’23)

Applications will not be considered completed unless all of the necessary documentation is attached to the application. After a completed application is received, a 30 day review process begins. The board of directors must reply within 45 days of receipt of the application. All work must be completed within 180 days of approval by the board’s Architectural Committee or the property owner must re-apply. For the application to be considered, all monthly assessments and other community fees and legal fees must be paid in full. No work on a project may begin until written approval is received from the board of directors.
