Architectural Request Form :
Applications will not be considered completed until all of the necessary documentations is attached
with your application at which point a thirty days (30) review process will begin. The BOD must, in any case,
reply within 45 days of receipt of request. All work must be completed within 180 days of the
BOD Architectural Control Committee approval or the homeowner must re-apply
{This will include and require all monthly assessments & other Community fees and / or legal fees
are paid in full to comply with community Bylaws)
“No work/project may commence until a written and signed approval Application
as been returned in Writing by the Board of Directors”
